Sarah Stacke

Rashied Staggie was assassinated
on December 13, 2019. Staggie
founded the Hard Livings gang in
Manenberg with his twin brother,
Rashaad, in 1971. The Staggies
were central in the development
of Manenberg’s gangs. They are
heroes to many, but nearly everyone
in Manenberg can trace the violence
in their lives to this ongoing legacy
of gang warfare. 2019
